Our Story
Our Vision for the Future
Bridge the Gap
There is no solid bridge between education and employment. By building one, we can ensure every student with a path to financial success.
Integrate A.I
By integrating Artificial intelligence into the workforce, students learn smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Expand Across the U.S
By reaching more than 50,000 students through our apprenticeship programs, we can expand throughout the country.
From East Harlem to National Impact:
The Work for Love Story
In 2015, we saw a problem:
Too many students were graduating high school unprepared for the real world.
At Work for Love, we started with one question:
“What if students could learn to earn while still in school?”
What began as a small initiative in East Harlem—helping students land their first jobs—has since transformed lives, schools, and communities across the country.
Compliance Matters
Work for Love is committed to full legal compliance with all state labor laws, ensuring that every student’s experience is fair, safe, and beneficial.
